Brand activations hero visual
Recommend: pop-up event, product launch crowd, or live brand experience photographyExperiences that
create buzz.
Experiential marketing that gets people talking. Pop-ups, product launches, guerrilla stunts, and live activations that connect your brand to a moment people actually experience — not just see in a feed.
Why it works
People remember what
they experience.
Advertising interrupts. Activations invite. When your brand creates a moment someone actually shows up for — a pop-up worth visiting, a launch worth attending, a stunt worth filming — the connection is different. It's personal, it's shareable, and it earns the kind of attention no media buy can replicate.

What's included
Concept to execution.
Capture to report.
01
Activation Concept
The idea that earns the attention. We develop activation concepts grounded in your brand, your audience, and the moment you're trying to create — whether that's a pop-up that drives foot traffic, a product launch that creates lines, or a stunt that earns press coverage.
- Creative concept development
- Multiple activation directions
- Audience & location strategy
- Brand integration framework
- Shareable moment design
02
Logistics & Production
Great ideas without execution are just ideas. We manage every production detail — vendors, permits, fabrication, build-out, technology, and logistics — so the activation is ready to run when the doors open.
- Vendor sourcing & management
- Permit & venue coordination
- Fabrication & build-out oversight
- Equipment & technology setup
- Contingency & backup planning
03
On-Site Management
We staff the activation with a team that knows how to run it — brand ambassadors briefed, logistics managed in real time, and a producer on site to make decisions when (not if) something changes on the day.
- On-site producer & crew
- Brand ambassador recruitment & briefing
- Real-time logistics management
- Attendee flow management
- Technical problem resolution
04
Content Capture & Post-Activation Report
The activation's reach extends through content. We capture photo and video during the event, produce the social assets, and deliver a post-activation report covering attendance, engagement, press mentions, and social reach.
- Event photography & videography
- Social-ready content production
- Press coverage monitoring
- Attendance & engagement metrics
- Post-activation summary report
Who we work with
Brands ready to show up
in the real world.
Consumer Brands Launching Products
New product, new market, new audience. A product launch activation creates the moment that earns the press coverage, the social content, and the word-of-mouth that advertising alone doesn't generate.
Companies Building Brand Awareness
Not a product launch — a brand statement. A pop-up in a high-traffic area, a stunt that earns media coverage, a brand experience in a space where your audience already is. We design activations that introduce or reintroduce a brand to a market.
Sponsors Activating at Events
You have a sponsorship and you want more than a logo placement. We design the brand experience within the event that justifies the sponsorship investment and gives attendees something to remember — and share.
Our approach
Designed to earn attention.
Built to execute.
Concept
Earn the attention
Activations compete with everything else happening around them. We design around what will actually make someone stop — and stay — not just walk past a branded tent.
Produce
Execute with zero surprises
Day-of surprises kill activations. We plan every detail, build every contingency, and show up with everything the activation needs to run before the first attendee arrives.
Capture
Content is the multiplier
The people who experience the activation number in the hundreds. The content reaches thousands more. We design activations to be shared and capture the content that makes it happen.
Report
Know what it delivered
Attendance, engagement, press mentions, social reach, and content performance — we report on what the activation actually achieved against the goals we defined at the start.
How it works
From brief to activation
in five steps.
01
Discovery & Brief
We learn the brand, the objective, the audience, the market, and the budget. We identify the type of activation that fits — pop-up, launch, stunt, sponsor activation — and what success looks like.
02
Concept Development
Two to three activation concepts presented with rationale, estimated cost ranges, and a visual direction for each. We present a range that spans feasibility and ambition so you can make an informed decision.
03
Production Planning
Approved concept moves into detailed production planning: vendors, permits, timeline, staffing, fabrication, and logistics. Nothing goes to execution without a complete production plan.
04
Build & Execution
Fabrication, vendor management, on-site setup, and activation run. We manage the day from load-in to load-out so you can focus on showing up for the brand moment, not managing the logistics.
05
Content & Reporting
Photo and video captured during the activation, social content produced and delivered, press monitoring, and a post-activation report covering all key metrics and outcomes.
Common questions
Straight answers.
How is this different from event production?
Event production is about running the event — A/V, staging, production. Brand activations are about the experience within or around an event that creates the brand moment — the pop-up, the installation, the interactive experience. We do both, and often they work together.
What kinds of activations do you design?
Pop-up retail and brand experiences, product launch events, guerrilla marketing stunts, sponsor activations within larger events, street team programs, interactive installations, and branded experiences in public spaces. If it creates a moment and earns attention, we'll design it.
How much do activations cost?
Depends entirely on scope. A small street team pop-up can be done for $3,000–5,000. A large-scale experiential installation at a festival can run $50,000+. We scope based on your goals and budget — there's usually a way to execute the core idea at the right scale.
How far in advance do we need to start?
For most activations, 6–8 weeks is the minimum. Larger or more complex activations — custom fabrication, major permits, large crew — need 10–14 weeks. Pop-ups and simpler activations can move faster with the right brief.
Do you handle permits?
We identify what permits are needed for the activation — public space, health department, noise, fire — and manage the application process. Permit fees are separate from production costs. Some venues and markets require significant lead time; we flag this early.
What's the content deliverable?
Photo and video captured during the activation, edited and delivered for social use, plus a post-activation content package with assets organized for your team. We also track organic content generated by attendees and compile it in the report.
